To design, produce, and manage the official launch of Bashayer, Modon’s first waterfront community on Hudayriyat Island, delivering a high-profile event that introduced the development’s vision to key partners and stakeholders while reinforcing Modon’s leadership in shaping Abu Dhabi’s future communities.
The launch required the seamless management of a large-scale audience of over 1,000 attendees, while maintaining a refined, premium experience aligned with Modon’s brand values.
Our Approach

Pyxis led the project end-to-end, overseeing creative concept development, experience design, full technical production, and on-site event management.
Working in close collaboration with Modon, we developed a clear narrative that positioned Bashayer as a landmark addition to Hudayriyat Island. Every element of the event was carefully designed to reflect waterfront living, investment opportunity, and the next phase of the island’s transformation.
Our production and technical teams delivered a purpose-built event environment, integrating scenic design, lighting, and audiovisual systems engineered for clarity and impact at scale. Detailed planning around guest flow, access control, and operational logistics ensured a smooth and controlled experience for all attendees.
Despite the complexity of managing multiple stakeholders and suppliers, Pyxis maintained precise coordination and real-time communication throughout.
