Transform a conventional internal gathering into an immersive, tech-first event that would reflect ADNOC Gas’s bold digital transformation — and inspire employees to see themselves as part of the innovation journey.
Our Approach
DIGI-CON wasn’t designed to inform — it was designed to immerse. Pyxis reimagined ADNOC Gas’s internal event as a cutting-edge experience space, where technology wasn’t a feature — it was the foundation.
We developed a strategic event layout built around four themed zones: AI & Data, Cybersecurity, Customer Engagement, and Automation. Each zone was crafted to highlight ADNOC’s innovation roadmap through real, tangible, and interactive demonstrations.
To bring the narrative to life, we deployed a suite of advanced technologies, each selected for impact and relevance:
- AI-Powered Displays: Included neural-network visualizations, responsive dashboards, and digital avatars in the AI Zone.
- AR/VR Solutions: Delivered immersive virtual factory tours and real-time simulations that helped users visualize tech applications in the field.
- Robotics & Automation: Live demos of robotic arms and smart automation systems brought industrial innovation to center stage.
- Cybersecurity Simulation – “Digital Fortress”: Featured threat-mapping walls, gamified security challenges, and AI simulations to make abstract concepts tangible.
- Interactive LED Tunnel: A striking entrance tunnel with a full-scale audiovisual narrative, setting the tone with the theme: “Navigating the Future”.
- Touch-Based Discovery Booths: Encouraged self-guided exploration using dynamic smart screens tailored to each zone.
- Unified Content Management System: Allowed real-time updates across all digital surfaces, keeping content consistent and adaptable.
Every technology was deployed through a meticulously phased plan — from early prototyping to live environment testing — with dedicated zone teams ensuring seamless operation and rapid troubleshooting on-site.
Rather than relying on passive displays, we prioritized storytelling through interaction. AR overlays illustrated real-time operational improvements. Holograms replaced static content. Gamified challenges replaced presentations. Each zone offered a curated journey into ADNOC’s digital reality — linking abstract strategy to on-the-ground application.
